HEALING SOUNDS AUDIO

Healing with sound may seem like a miracle to some, to others it may appear to simply be foolery. However, it has strong scientific basis. More and more scientists are coming to the conclusion that our bodies are organized in the same way as the universe.

Each person is a holographic microcosm of the macrocosm we call the universe. It could be another way of saying that a human is made in the image of God. This is a miracle, a pattern from which many other miracles originate.

Quantum physics shows us that everything at a subatomic level is pure energy that is vibrating at its own unique frequency and amplitude. The main difference that distinguishes things apart from each other is how fast or how slow a specific energy matter is vibrating.  A vibration creates a sound, and vibrations of an identical sound frequency and amplitude are attracted to each other’s vibrations. Since everything vibrates, it is the vibration that turns particles and matter into forms, patterns and shapes. So playing a sound that matches the vibration of an object actually feeds energy into that object. The opposite is also true: if we disrupt the sound frequency of an object, it can lose energy and its form disturbed.

Because this is true with everything, sound energy will affect the body, mind, and spirit in either a positive or negative manner. Even in small doses, adding, removing, or even disrupting sound energy can heal or worsen a person’s state of health and well-being. For this reason we must be very careful with our “bio-energy cloth” (electromagnetic emission responsible for restoring and protecting our bio-energy field) and control it with our minds in order to heal ourselves.

Irmina Santaika’s Healing Sound audio tracks are sounds of nature and her own voice charged with a specific bio-energy field, or to think of it in another way, they are prayers for healing. The sounds are from ancient Taoism’s Shamanistic Healing Practices and have been used for centuries to find and release negative emotions that often reside in our vital organs to achieve healing. In addition to charging the healing sounds with prayer, sometimes the release of negative emotions is achieved through the use of the dissonance of sound. This technique is often used in shamanic practices to break negative emotions that are distressing organ cells within the body.

The first impulse to emerge from the silence of the absolute, or the field of Pure Potentiality, was the sound “OM” or more correctly “AUM,” according to the Vedas (ancient Hindu scriptures). Even the Bible and modern science agree that the initial spark of creation came from sound or vibration. The Gospel, according to John says, “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God … and the Word was made flesh.” If you substitute “Word” with “Sound,” it becomes, “In the beginning was the Sound and the Sound was God … and the Sound became manifest.”

The word Chakra means “spinning wheel of energy” in the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit. There are many Chakras in the body, such as in the hands and feet, but there are seven Major Chakras. The Chakras are the energetic conduits of Life, connecting you directly to the Universal Life Force. Each Chakra is associated with different parts of the body, and for optimum health and well being, they must be properly harmonized and balanced. An imbalance in your Chakras results from one or more of them being either over-active or under-active. Understanding and using your chakras will promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing and wellbeing.

There are various means of balancing the chakras; exercise (e.g. yoga), color therapy, smells, and sound. Irmina Santaika’s Healing Sound tracks are sounds of nature along with her own voice charged with a specific bio-energy, or to think of it in another way, prayers for healing. The world around us is energy, there is no such thing as what we refer to as simply “matter.” Sound is energy, vibrating at a level in which it is able to be heard. Under “The Tree Of Shadow and Light” Album contains seven tracks, each with sound that will harmonize the corresponding chakra. Merely listening to a track will help bring a chakra into balance. Rather than just passively listening, meditate and play the sounds in your mind as you listen. For an even more powerful experience, join in and make the sounds as you listen.  Keep in mind that the sounds are breathing patterns, not chants or singing.

If you want to make the healing sounds together with them as you listen, please express the sound as fully as you can. Open your heart, open your throat, express the sound with your whole body; lose yourself to it. Ultimately you are sighing to our own soul—the divinity within you. Rumi said, “I want to sing like the birds, not caring who listens or what they think.” This is how you should express you breathing sound.

Using sound as a tool for clearing and balancing our charkas assists us in breaking through blockages within our bodies. Some of these blockages may have been there for many years. Releasing these blockages using our own voice offers many benefits.  Benefits such as: deep relaxation, stress reduction, deeper and more profound meditation time, feelings of joy and inner peace shifts in consciousness, increased clarity, these are just to name a few.

Start by focusing on your breath, and then “for each of the sounds, breathe into your belly [and] as you exhale, make the sound.” If you’re practicing the sounds properly, you should be able to feel the sound vibrate throughout your entire body.

The effects of the healing sounds are nearly all positive. However, some people may feel uncomfortable while listening to them for the very first time. It is because the healing frequencies are different tone wise compared to the modern scale. Therefore, your brain can have an extra “audio mind” aerobics type workout, much like lifting weights in a gym for muscle growth. If you do feel uncomfortable, simply listen at low to barely audible levels, for shorter duration or less frequently until the negative feelings subside.
